1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NoteyPad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use NoteyPad.

2. Use of Service

NoteyPad provides a team operating platform for business use. You agree to use NoteyPad only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• One account per person — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Seat-Based Subscriptions

NoteyPad is billed on a per-seat basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unused seats are not refunded on a partial-period basis.

4. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely in Australia (Sydney region). We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

NoteyPad and its original content remain the exclusive property of NoteyPad. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoteyPad is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
