Thanks for testing Nexora. It is not finished yet, and you are one of a small group helping to shape it. Please read this. It is short.
1. Keep it private
- Nexora is unreleased and confidential.
- Don't share screenshots, videos, invite codes or details of the app with anyone outside the beta without asking first.
- Don't copy, clone, rebuild or reverse-engineer Nexora, its design or its features, and don't use what you see here to build or help build a similar product.
- This still applies after the beta ends.
2. Your ideas and feedback
- Bugs, fixes, ideas and suggestions you send help make Nexora better.
- By sending them, you agree WorkingWithNate.com can use them freely, with no payment or credit owed.
3. No sensitive information during beta
While Nexora is in beta, please do not put any of these into the app:
- passwords or login details for any other service
- bank, card or account numbers
- ID numbers (licence, passport, Medicare, tax file number)
- health or medical details
- other people's private details (their emails, phone numbers, addresses)
We'll tell you when the live version is ready and this rule is lifted.
4. It's a beta, so things can break
- Features may change, move or be removed. Bugs will happen.
- Data could be lost. Keep a copy of anything important somewhere else.
- The app is provided as it is, with no promise it will always work.
5. What we collect and who sees it
- Your account: name, email and the things you put into the app.
- Usage counts: We count how you use the app, so we can fix what is hard to use.
- We count which sections you open and how long you stay.
- We count the actions you take, like "added a bill" or "finished a workout".
- We count when something goes wrong: errors, slow saves, and taps that did nothing.
- We note if you use a phone, tablet or computer, and the app or the browser.
- We note if you use light or dark mode, and what kind of thing you ask Nexxy (like "weather"), not your words.
We never keep what you type. No task titles, notes, amounts, goals, food or searches.
The owner can see these counts for each tester, and which section you are in while you are online. Summaries with no names in them may be read by an AI tool to spot trends.
The detailed list of actions is kept for 90 days. Daily totals are kept longer. Everything linked to you is removed if your account is deleted. Totals with no names in them stay.
If you rate a section, the owner sees your thumbs up or down and any short comment you add.
- Feedback: bug reports and screenshots you send are only seen by the owner unless they are made public as a known issue.
- Community: other testers can see your first name and last initial, the date you joined, and how many posts, ideas and replies you have made. You can hide yourself from the members list.
- We never sell your data.
6. Your account
- One account per person. Your invite code works once. Please don't pass it on.
- Access can be removed at any time, for example if this agreement is broken.
- You can leave at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted.
7. When Nexora goes live
- Your account and data carry over. Nothing is wiped.
- The live Terms of Service will replace this agreement, and we'll let you know before that happens.
8. The legal bit
- Nexora's beta is free. As far as Australian law allows, WorkingWithNate.com isn't responsible for any loss caused by using the beta.
- Nothing here removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
